This time I'm speaking about technologic
things, such as automobiles and, over all, computers, their peripherics
and their software. Some years ago software was almost completely indipendent
from hardware. Nowadays personal computers are sold with their software
'glued' to the storage, and can't be substituted. I don't like this kind
of market strategy because I want to try to use more than one Operating
System and old fashion applications on the same system. Custom associations
should fight against the 'OEM' contract type.
Some days ago, one of my friends read on an Internet site the following latin sentence written by an unknown 'virus analyst': "Ceterum censeo Maicrosoftem delendam esse". mic.dang@tiscalinet.it
