| I don't know if English speaking people
have an institution similar to the italian joint ownership. It is an association
where the richest and often the most inexpert impose their will. Nowadays
old retired people, with an half of a right income, live in the same palace
of well-to-do young or old people. So the poor are forced to do huge sacrifices
to pay expenses, often unnecessary, decided by richest people. I know that
nowadays a lot of service societies run about Italy boasting of their high
professionality and advanced technology, very expensive. Sometimes a damage
to be fixed with a nail or a screw is resolved with a whole rebuilding.
The only true solution of this problem is to divide the espenses on an
income basis!
