Constitution of the planet Saudar after the Revolution

The Felpas, after 11 years about, rebelled against the subversive forced equality and, after their revolution, they accomplished a great moderate restoration project and punished all the unworthy sluggish Waritis. They would destroy the previous Saudar Constitution, at first. Then they preferred to maintain it with small modifications and abrogating some unuseful articles.

1. Every living being is sacred and inviolable, with bounds stated by the well-being needs of the Felpas. Every any species individual, in any way born, has the right to continue his life in the environment he chose, among a lot of available hunting preserves. (see the previous Constitution)

2. The any intelligent (1) species individuals are, by nature, Universe citizens. They have the same rights and the same duties, assigned by the Emperor. (see the previous Constitution)

3. The Felpa People, Emperor follower, is sovereign in the planet Saudar. He chose a monarchist imperial regulation for himself. He named it Civilization. (see the previous Constitution)

4. Suffering of Felpas is outlawed in the planet Saudar. The Civilization must avoid any suffering to its worth citizens. (see the previous Constitution)

5. Every citizen can do what he wants, but can't objectively disturb the Emperor and his followers. The Civilization punishs any people troubling the Emperor and his followers. The Law states when and how a toubling is objective. (see the previous Constitution)

6. Every worth and rich citizen has the right to be medically treated and cured if he falls ill or he is wounded. The Civilization must set up and maintain the public soundness. The citizens must pay a ticket based on wealth and worth. (see the previous Constitution)

7. Every rich and worth citizen has the right to eat and drink enough. The Civilization shall feed its citizens if they can pay for it. (see the previous Constitution)

8. Every rich and worth citizen has the right to wear clothes good for every season. The Civilization shall clothe its citizens with big commercial centers. Obviously tatterdemalions will be rejected. (see the previous Constitution)

9. Every middle-high-class citizen has the right to inhabit and sleep in an enough wide, airy and confortable house. The Civilization shall give a confortable house to its paying citizens. (see the previous Constitution)

10. Every worth and rich citizen has the right to move himself when he wants to any accessible part of the Universe. The Civilization shall supply its paying citizens with vehicles and any kind fuel. (see the previous Constitution)

11. Every citizen has the right to be informed on everything, if he can get it. The free public information is nothing for the Civilization. (see the previous Constitution)

12. Every citizen has the right to freely express his opinions on every topic, but on the Emperor and his followers, with any allowable way. The Civilization doesn't care a rap of opinion, thought, printing and transmission through the net freedom. (see the previous Constitution)

13. Every citizen must meet his comrades and his rankings in the locations and times stated by the law. The Civilization organizes locations where the people must meet. (see the previous Constitution)

14. Every citizen has the right to practise any kind of sexual activity and to reproduce without any bounds. The Civilization will reduce the people number when it will be necessary .(see the previous Constitution)

15. Every citizen has the right to do one or more activities contributing to public useful actions and to the material and spiritual Felpas growth. The Civilization will organize penal servitude for unworthy people, admitting that healthy and rich people can do no activity. (see the previous Constitution)

16. The Saudar Regulation foresees three separate powers: legislative, executive and judicial power. (see the previous Constitution)

17. The Parliament, exercising the legislative power, is composed by people delegates elected by Felpas every 5 years. They are 600 delegates and they meet every day since the afternoon till the dead of night, in order to write and update the necessary laws from Emperor dictation. (see the previous Constitution)

18. The Civilisation states no maximum number of possible laws. On the countrary a lot of severe laws are welcome. An appropriate software made and used by the Emperor will correct every Parliement error. (see the previous Constitution)

19. Every law, one month after its promulgation, must be published on the planet net, so all people can read it, if they can get it. (see the previous Constitution)

20. All the laws must be known by all people. (see the previous Constitution)

21. The Government, exercising the executive power, is elected by the Emperor. It is composed by Ministers and must care that all people abide by the laws, aided by proper software developed by the Emperor in order  to address and correct the Government actions. (see the previous Constitution)

22. The Magistracy, exercising the judicial power, is composed by some law experts charged to resolve the controversies, investigate on crimens and punish the criminals. A proper software product, developed and used by the Emperor, will address and correct the Magistracy actions. (see the previous Constitution)

23. Manufacturing, using and distribution of such objects as arms, drug, money, credit cards, lighters, placards, loud-speakers, is encouraged and protected. A complete list will be published in the completion law. (see the previous Constitution)

24. Since the Felpas People loves the war, he founded the glorious Revolution army which will obey to the Emperor to reach the high purposes of the Homeland. (see the previous Constitution)
